THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“Policy”) covers the use and disclosure of information that may be collected by Sicura, Inc. (“Sicura”). By using our products, services, subscriptions, web sites, applications or other offerings (our “Services”), you accept and acknowledge the terms herein. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority accept this Policy on behalf of such entity. 

This Policy applies solely to information collected from you by Sicura, Inc. (“Information”) in the course of you using or acquiring our Services. 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT: We collect information that you volunteer to us during your interactions with us or with our Services. The Information may include personally identifiable information (PII). Some of our Services automatically recognize and collect the domain name and IP address of users. In addition, we collect aggregate Information on web page visits and other Service utilization. We use this Information to tailor our interactions and to improve our Services. Some of our Services use web cookies (including third-party cookies) or other tokens to keep track of your session, or to deliver content specific to your interests or preferences. You can set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to accept or reject it; however, some Services may not function correctly without the use of such tokens. 

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION: We will use the Information to conduct business with you or to otherwise facilitate your use of the Services. We will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent inadvertent disclosure or unauthorized access to the Information. If you do not wish to receive such emails, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in any email you receive from us. From time to time and in certain Services, we may also provide a preference center to indicate your areas of interest and to control our outreach to you. If you provide false or fraudulent Information, we reserve the right to use or disclose your Information as part of any investigation into your actions or in an attempt to correct such Information. 

INFORMATION SHARING: We will not sell, share, or rent the Information to others for their own independent use. However, we may share the Information within our company or with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent organizations; and those organizations will take steps to handle the Information in accordance with this Policy. There may also be times when it may be advantageous for us to make certain of your Information available to companies with which we have a strategic relationship or that perform work for us to provide Services to you on our behalf. These companies are also obligated to protect your Information in accordance with this Policy. 

POLICY EXCEPTIONS: This Policy does not apply to: (i) information collected by third parties (including third party websites to which we may link), even if such third party collection occurs as a result of you acquiring or using our Services; (ii) information about you that we may obtain from public sources or third parties that offer or provide such information to the public (whether for free or for a fee); or (iii) information gathered at special events (ex: meetups, contests, training, conferences). This policy does not apply to Services which are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Sicura. (Such agreements will generally contain their own privacy or confidentiality clauses.) 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY: We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time and at our sole discretion, except as limited by a separate written agreement between you and us. We will post such updates here or will link to the updates from within the Services. Continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of the modified Policy.
